I was surprised that all the nature and outdoor things you can do around the Florida Keys is endless. You can take a month-long vacation and not even do it all. I bet very few of you have heard of Crocodile Lake! This nature and refuge center is located in northern Key Largo Florida, off state road 905 or card sound road. The park covers over six hundred acres of land, which is a significant portion of Key Largo. Remember this on your way down and it's a great place to take a break and get a little fitness walking in. Further down the Florida Keys is another family place to stop and take a break. Hammock State Park is my new favorite Kayaking park. See the real Florida Keys nature by exploring the park trails and get a glimpse of many rare species of plants and animals. Lots of room for fitness and sightseeing with over six miles of nature trails. It is A Pleasure to see the Florida Keys manatee. Finding lots of nature and wildlife could not be any better than in the Florida Keys. Manatees are nice to see close up as they move slowly and put on a great show. You get to see a lot of things on your kayak and if not you might as well be Underwater and Dive Molasses Reef. At least one of the days you are here you're going to have to Be out on the Water or underwater. Molasses Reef is one my top picks, easy to get to by boat and a really good snorkel site. All of the boats in Key Largo or Tavernier go out to the park daily.
