There are plenty of special children's activities. Look great in one of the artistic t-shirts and petite prints. We never miss the World of Disney at the marketplace when we hit Disney Springs. Kids will get a mini square and free chalk to create their own masterpieces. It was impressive to see the 8-foot hulk figure at the entrance.
I think the best thing about this art contest is everybody's out here working. This is an art show and at the same time has working art events where competitors get an opportunity to compete against each other in various categories.
There are categories of art contests for the youth, chalk art, and all sorts of Disney cartoon characters. If you are good at drawing Mickey Mouse and the rest of the movie favorites, come on out and you too could win a prize. It's a great place to buy some art, as you will not get so many different types of pieces in one place very often. I love stuff like this, where you still have the great Shopping Mall and the restaurants, and bars, plus you get the entertainment of real artists doing their magic.
If you get hungry the place to go is called Earl of Sandwich, which is on the far end of the complex. Disney Springs is one of the things kids like best in Orlando.
The Disney Theme Park app is great, and you can even edit the Fast Pass choices yourself at those points, too. You can control it all down here at Disney Springs or inside the parks. Press the play button to start watching the Main Street TV Day Live talk-through. You can pause at any time by clicking it again, or clicking either side for Preserving your Orlando Trip Memories.
